Booklice

Booklice is an insect tiny in size, only 0.6-1.5mm. Booklice exists around the world and has over 100 species known. The species found in grain storage are mostly, liposcelis entomophila, liposcelis paeta and liposcelis decolor. Among these species, liposcelis entomophia is the most widespread; liposcelis decolor comes second while the other two are of rare cases. Booklice resembles termite larvae, but hugely different from adult termites.

The hazard of booklice
